What was I thinking?

Noah and I went to Wal*Mart today to get a few things for dinner and such. We weren't there but a few minutes when Noah began to fuss. So I hurried on my way trying to remember what I needed while trying to tame my almost 16 month old. Without too much chaos we finished our task at Wal*Mart. I thought I would try one more stop before we headed back home. Mom's birthday is monday and I needed a card so we stopped at Hallmark. I decided to carry Noah in because I had put the groceries on top of the stroller.(HUGE MISTAKE) My charming son thought it would be cool to pull cards off the shelves. I proceeded to tell him that was probably not a good idea and he proceeded to throw a fit. Spinning around and throwing himself on the floor screaming. "Noah please let mommy find grammy a card" I sat him in the floor and gave him my cell phone to occupy him. Well that worked for like a second. After retreiving him from the other isle about ten times I found a card, picked up the other cards that he chose and threw him over my shoulder (just kidding) . We continued to the register where the nice lady said "was that you making all that noise?" Yes that was my son. He smiled and charmed the lady and continued to make me out to be a fool. Sweaty and tired I said thank you and I am sorry and headed towards the car. Whew! We did it and I survived (not thrived just survived). I loaded Noah in the car. Next stop Happy Hour(at Sonic that is).

As I waited in line for my Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper I spotted my sister April driving towards Hallmark. I called her and she said hey where are you I was coming to help. I told her that I gave up and we were already at Sonic. My awesome sister was coming to help me with Noah so that I could shop. Thanks April!

Next stop Noah's crib.
This pic isnt from today but maybe it shows just what a stinker he can be

Please forgive me for not being more fun today. I was so frazzled from my boys.
