I voted today. I voted for John McCain. I voted for him because I believe he will protect the lives of the unborn. I voted for him because I believe he will protect the sanctity of marriage. I voted for him because I believe he is proud to be an American. I voted for him because I believe in Jesus. Why are so many people worried that they will offend someone if they say who they are voting for? I don't see how anyone could call themselves a christian and vote for Obama. I know God is in control and He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. I can't imagine living through this election and not knowing that God already knows the results. On a lighter note I am sad because I really wanted to teach Noah how to answer John McCain when ask who the president is.

Well said Danielle! Let's teach him to say, "MICKEY MOUSE" When someone asks him, "who is the president of the USA?" He will say, "Mickey Mouse" I think that's who POP voted for anyway! ha ha
Happy to say I'm a red state voter. Happy to know God will remain in control no matter who is in office. Hopefully the rapture is on its way.
Talk about total dependence on The Lord!!
Wow, yesterdays events really surprised me - BUT, like I told Abby this morning - God has a plan for us even though we might not like it or understand it.
She really, truly thought that because McCain won for her schools mock election (which we had to really talk to her about to make her understand the true reasons we vote for someone), that meant he was the real President. I told her..."Just 4 years sweetie, just 4 years!"
