Our crazy last minute trip

Yesterday we went to Gatlinburg. We didn't go to church because Noah had a runny nose and cough. We wanted to do breakfast with Jenny and Randy but they were busy. I told David that I wanted to do something fun and he said lets go to Gatlinburg. OK cool sounds good to me. We just threw some stuff in a bag and hit the road. Noah was due a nap so he slept most of the way up there. We didn't even make reservations for a hotel. We knew we wanted a pool and remembered a nice Fairfield Inn right as you enter Gatlinburg. When we got there we made a quick drive of the strip looking for a nice hotel with a pool closer to all the shops. We ended up at that Fairfield and it was great. We checked in and went straight to the pool. The pool was nice for kids I guess. It had a waterslide and a waterfall in the middle but it was only like 3 1/2 ft deep. David took Noah down the slide and he loved it. He wanted to keep doing it. After we finished swimming or wading we went back to the room to get ready to explore. We decided to go to the aquarium. We had been before but that was like 6 years ago. Our aquarium is so much better. After that we went walking and window shopping. We wanted to go to a rib joint further up the strip so we went back to the car and drove there. Calhouns is where we ate it was yummy. We went back to the room because I was afraid I would have to go potty. We let Noah take a bath in the jetted tub. He had so much fun. We were afraid that he would have trouble sleeping in a new place but he did great. We had breakfast at the hotel and then we were on our way. We stopped at the outlets in Sevierille. They are the best outlets. And then we were off on our way back home already. We had a great time and I am so glad that David suggested it. I wanna go again. Thanks babe for a fun time.
